Client Galleries – Chris Loring Photography

By accessing your online gallery provided by Chris Loring Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access and Use

• Your gallery is for personal use only and is provided via a secure, private link (and password, if applicable).

• If purchased, you may download, share, and print images for personal use as outlined in your photography contract and Digital Image License.

• You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your gallery link and password.
  

2. Ownership and Copyright

• All images remain the intellectual property of Chris Loring Photography and are protected under copyright law.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license.

• You may not resell, license, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you'd like to purchase a commercial use license, please contact me directly.

3. Gallery Availability and Expiration

• Galleries are typically available for 90 days. You will be notified before your gallery expires.

• After expiration, galleries may be archived or deleted at the sole discretion of Chris Loring Photography.

• It is your responsibility to download and back up your images before the gallery expiration.

4. Orders and Products

• Print and album orders placed through the gallery are fulfilled by professional labs. All orders are final once submitted.

• Chris Loring Photography is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party printing labs or shipping carriers, but I’ll always do my best to help resolve any issues that arise.
  

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your gallery link in public forums or on resale platforms

• Use images in any context that is defamatory, illegal, or misleading

• Remove or alter watermarks (if applicable)

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Changes to Terms

Chris Loring Photography reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or notice in your gallery.
